changing sounds with in loops

after you slice a loop can you change a sound with in that loop like a snare or clap without effecting the rest of the loop

Yes that's possible. In fact that's another big advantage of slicing loops instead of stretching them. Look at the above video at tim 1'51 a snare slice is selected and so you see the properties of that slice in the right side pane. There you can select whatever other sample to play that slice, for example a single snare sample in your sample lib, and then use the previous/next buttons to step thru the other snare samples in your snare lib folder. Try it out!
