Diva arp with swing out of sync

Hi there,

using Diva latest version in Cubase 7.5.
Some weird sync issues occur on the arpeggiator with swing applied: arp gets out of sync totally from time to time. (arp w/o swing is fine, so swing is the culprit)

Does someone have a similar issue or can help me fix/explain it?

Have you tried the latest public beta of Diva? The old noggin can get a little dusty but I seem to recall fixes to timing in a fairly recent build:
