If this is an obvious and known issue, Peter, wouldn't it be easier just to post the solution for everyone, rather than for everyone having to wait for support to wade through X# of tickets?

Support will need to verify, confirm, and find the solution and the best way to find if it is an obvious/known/global issue is through our trackable ticketing system. Could it be that import needs an admin account? (just a shot in the dark but seen similar things before)

I think I read that ST3 did not need to be run "as Administrator" (as was needed for ST2)

One thing, though - make sure you install the sounds (at least part 1) and you should have all the appropriate folders etc. This should help some import issues, and we should have a FAQ on this coming because I don't see this stated directly in the instructions (at least not in this context of causing potential issues).

Edit - I cannot be held accountable for this solution. Unless it works. Then all credit goes to me following your advice and short-circuiting the support team by going to their manager and getting a possible solution to post in a forum

Seriously, though, this should work and should be a FAQ and/or posted elsewhere in our own materials too.

Ok, quickly, I misnamed my import of miroslav. How do I change that? I tried going to 'rename,' but that seems to only apply to the instrument.

BTW, my Miroslav sounds are functioning as expected in ST3. Can't find my Miro multis, though.

You would have to rename in the filesystem then rescan your instruments. I've noted this for our support team.

Importing those is separate. Click on Multi then on the bottom left under the browser pane select Import Combi and follow those steps.

Interesting, we're seeing many reports of zippy speeds in general but you are having issues with a specific file so I'll float that by the team to report at least one person having an issue with that one. If anybody else is too, please chime in.

No problems importing so far.

I would have preferred a more customisable/re-sizeable GUI like Halion 5. The ability to undock the mixer etc would be great.
