Is there a way to add a custom GUI like some have done with Limiter6?
Yes there is, I don't know if it is against the DC rules, but I did a quick job, not the best I can do, but it's easier on the eyes than the high contrast B/W of the original.

I will try to make it better if I get enough free time.

*edit*
It would be great if Vladislav could provide better knobs (as in Molot maybe), I don't like these ones.

Looks good. I had to change mine before I could use it. Ended up with a quick fix while the it's thought about. Those knobs are so damned ugly!

Five points for you Vlad.

Eto pyat (It's five)! Thank you (Spasibo).

Hi!
Thanks for this amazing product! I really like it!

I don't really care about fancy UI, but there's something that bothers me.

When you're adjusting parameters, the mouse arrow is exactly on the value so you can't really see, for example, the threshold, eg gain/cut ecc.

Oh and could be useful a zoom!
12db is a lot of space, you let us choose between 3,6 and 12 :D

Is it just me or is Nova-67P one of the best dynamic / eq tools around here? It sounds great and has a great concept.

Thanks for kindly replies!

Can you confirm Alt, Ctrl, Shift modifiers for EQ points work fine? I've got a complain about crash with modifiers on Cubase 64-bit.
fwsuperhero wrote:Two question:
1) Is it right to use it like a multiband compressor (three bands...)
2) Is it proud digital or it contains any "analog saturation"?
1) Yeah, why not? Check the ending part of youtube video, I used it exactly like you're talking about
2) I removed all saturation stuff just before the release. It'd be great to have multiband saturator too but my code didn't sound great also it was based on pretty old implementations and I slightly bored of their sound. I wish to have something new here but I hadn't got it.

From the rules:
During the voting period you may update your entry but updates must be bug fixes ONLY. You are NOT allowed to add new features or rework existing ones during the voting period.
The only way I see to bypass this here is to dynamically "catch" new skin files from some directory around plugin DLL.

Okay, okay. GUI is ugly. We need new knobs. :-)

Hmm, that's really sounds like a bug (in GUI/skin). I'll check what I can do here...

You're right. The problem is I caught a cold on both my ears 2 weeks before deadline and I was not able to provide listening tests and I decided, 12 dB range is enough because I just didn't hear smaller changes :-)

Definitely like the look, lesha.

Hmm... I believe I need to try this out tonight.

I'm giving a try to Nova-67P right now ;)

Just a bug report right now : I don't know why, but Reaper becomes very very slow when I use the plug-in with the analyzer on, at 96K and a latency of 256 samples whereas everything is fine for 44.1K...

Else, I can't say I understand everything which is going on in Nova 67P :hihi: I'm lost sometimes with multi-band compressors and some mastering tools, so here it's worse :hihi:

But what I can say here is that I'm able to compress drum loops and mixes in a very interesting way yet, and I don't have any other tool right now to achieve the same results. It would be possible to do so with several plug-ins and busses, but it's always best when you can get something with only one tool. Well, when you wil really know what you do with it of course. :hihi:

I will continue to spend some time with it I think  I will look for the videos too !

Perhaps Philae should taker a closer look. Harpoons at the ready.

Cannot confirm that here. Tried all possible combinations of modifier keys on all controls, rock stable here.

Voted 5 already.
Really cool plugin.

Thanks

Edit: Works nice like AU in Logic 9 under latest Mavericks on 44.1Khz but on 96Khz crashes Logic on opening song.
