Let's say I open Zebra 2 and open a random patch from the preset browser.
I stay on the preset and then click Initialize.
The problem is that the synth won't reset.
The Initialize state will be playing, but it would still show the old modules and routings from the last preset instead of clearing it out to and Initialize state.

This is not only an INIT problem. If you jump preset to preset, the synth will not update any of the pages to reflect the new chosen state.

Only workaround I have found to be effective is by changing the skin or selecting the same skin and then it will update all the parameters that pertain to the selective patch.

Just a heads up. I am running Pro Tools 11.2 on Mavericks. Zebra 2.7.0/

We're posting a new "Latest Builds" release today. While those are not official versions, they fix those problems

Argh. Sorry, our complete support team went missing today and yesterday (vacation/health issues). No-one managed to get anything serious done

Yes so far so good, the GUI will update to show the relevant routings for the selected preset! Works like a charm!
