Server Trouble - resolved

We're currently experiencing trouble with our server. For some yet unknown reason we can not generate serial numbers to send out to new customers.
Unfortunately this means that we could not fulfill today's orders.
We hope to send out serials asap, hopefully tomorrow. We're very sorry for this inconvenience.
We recommend to wait with new orders until things are resolved and this article is taken off.

Sigh… 1und1...
In order to keep things secure we have 2 servers, both managed by 1und1. One serves the web, the other one maintains the licenses. Now both servers refuse to handle messages with POST variables anymore. It's ridiculous.
I'll be on the phone...

Technicians weren't in yet. So much about a 24/7 service hotline.
Waiting for them to call back as soon as they hopefully identify the problem.

Sorry, Urs. I finally decided to buy Diva and Satin yesterday, and you had to suffer my bad luck. Hope it gets straightened out soon!

It seems to work, but now due to whatever backlog, it sends dozens of emails for each requested license.
The ShareIt Interface thus works again, freshly bought licenses get serials sent out. However, the manual interface and the licnese retrieval from our support system had to be taken offline to reduce spammy stuff. We'll fix it tomorrow.
I've been too exhausted and too caught up in other things as well to do that today

We're just working on it now.
When I tried to find out what had happened, I have accidentally disabled the code that erases the requests once they were done.
We'll be back up and running in a few minutes. (Michael is also just in, he can handle the transfer and stuff)
Cheers,
- Urs

Ok, the final issue is fixed. Things should be back to normal now, we can handle license transfers and all again
Please take my apologies for the inconvenience.
