Another vote for "ALL OF THEM". Some of my favorite reverbs all-around.

I just recently added VVV to my arsenal and it's already become my go-to, ahead of VRoom, Aether, Breeze, etc., so that would be my recommendation.

Thinking of maybe switching from Room to VintageVerb. Seems to be easier to tweak..

But VRoom wasn't used for vocals , it was used for drums (he used EMT 140 for vocals).

Maybe it's time for a new derivative : Valhalla UberVox... or "TheVoxRox" or something like that

Not really IMHO, maybe there's a tiny bit of overlap in some areas, but I'd typically use Vroom for a type of reverb that I can't get out of VVV.

Get all of them. I use VRoom an VVV exclusevly on all my latest productions.
You can listen to my latest /rock) mix and master, to hear both reverbs in action.

You don't hear the reverb on the vocals, snare, guitars? I mean, it's not ambient techno where the track is all reverb, but listening to 15 seconds of that track and it seems like pretty normal reverb usage in a rock/pop production. If anything, I'd say the reverb could have a been a bit more subtle (less high end on the vocal verb would make the vocals a little less siblant), but it was tastefully done and a good mix.
