Thanks for the explanation (and Howard, too)! And incidentally, my mouse DOES have stepped mousewheel, so this might be useful indeed. :)

Doesn't it work in Windows?
It's an option on the menu on Windows, yes. It just doesn't seem to do much when I switch it on or off. :)

(And I, too, have a stepped wheel)

Thanks for the report, Brian. Will be tested...

Happy to help. :) BTW, I'm not sure if it really is a bug or not as both modes don't feel sluggish to me under Windows...

You would notice the difference scrolling through options.

I just tried with build 2570 scrolling through LFO time division options in both rastered and normal mode. I can't tell a difference at all. Both modes switch to the next/previous pulldown option on each click of the wheel.

My mouse is a Logitech M570, if that helps.

Just want to add that Zebra doesn't remember my "make default" assignment.

Voice cycling through the voice map modulator in DIVA now works differently than it used to. In the new rev 2570 implementation, adjacent modulators are not always selected for each new voice as they used to be. This makes it impossible to use the VMMs to create consistent modulations, such as panning stacked voices evenly left and right for each new note.

Yup, this will be looked after soon.

There might be mice like Apple's for Windows as well. It really depends on the mouse, the driver and the inertia/acceleration settings. The wrong setting can make rastered wheels nearly unusable, hence the option to disregard inertia.

That's a known issue. It actually never really worked as it should for, say, tabs that were supposed to be restored after closing/opening the GUI. I hadn't ever noticed it and we stumbled across it by accident. We're half-way through the fix, so it currently seems to be broken the other way round.

Please check with our support team via support at u-he dot com - I'm sure it's rather an installation issue than a bug.

Urs, that's a good point. I know Microsoft makes mice with a touch strip instead of a wheel. I'd be interested if others on Windows have tried those devices with your plugins.
