I would also like to say that Theo is one of the best sellers with which I have done business lately!!! Everything that we have agreed was done excellent! As i live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was not so easy to arrange technical things regarding payments and transfer. EDIT. Issue completely resolved.

It was PayPal's fault. The poor guy sent me money for a product called Cuba. PayPal flagged it and thought the money was being sent for Cuba - the country, which is against his country's monetary export rules.

INSANE

They cancelled the transaction. He just re-sent the money with the title 'software instrument' and it worked fine.

So, there you go. Don't ever use the word Cuba in a PayPal transaction if you live in Germany.
