how can i save and share this theme? i did save all the themes for each section but im not sure how to share my theme.

User > Library > LooksPresets > (App or Musynth etc...) > (Name of theme).txt

so i don't need to post the individual App, Drum, Sampla saved presets? just a single file text file that being, (LooksSetup text file.

You do have to do them individually. However it shouldn't be hard to zip them into a nice organized file
