old version of meldaproducion plugins are missing in cubase

I've updated my free bundle of meldaproduction plugins.
when I open an old cubase projects that had meldaproduction plugins they are shown as missing
Any suggestion how to fix that?

Hi,

well, you didn't specify platform, plugin version, plugin edition 32/64, cubase version...nothing, so I can only guess. I'd suggest reinstalling the plugins and let Cubase rescan.

I'mworking on a pc 64bit, cubase 7.5 64 version
installed the 8.05 free bundle
reinstall and still have some missing plugins
I don't remember what was the old version of the melda plugins that I've used on the project

Ok, so, first please check you are using 64-bit plugins and you have been using 64-bit before. Can you verify the missing plugins are available, just Cubase doesn't "use" it when opening the project? Could you send me a project? (no audio or anything, I'll check here)

This could get handy for you to verify it was working before and with that version.
It's most likely this issue is related to Cubase, so we'll have to bother Steinberg with it. But I didn't hear about a problem with Cubase for a looong time...

so I guess the problem is that in the old project didn't use 64bit version?

Well, it shouldn't but, it depends on Cubase. You should also check you have both VST and VST3 installed as you might have been using a different one before.
