I just wanted to ask if such feature would be possible in Diva? . Right now if I want to have the fixed phase offsets between the voices I have to use more than one instances of the synth, which of course increases the cpu more than stacking in one instance.

You mean control over phase offsets between VOICES as well as between oscillators? Thinking... no. Not sure that multiple instances is *so* much more CPU-intensive than stacking.
