Filter sweep controlled by Modwheel. You clearly hear the steps because of the superlow 127 step MIDI resolution. Is there parameter smoothing available (i.e. parameter movements controlled by lowres midi data are interpolated and thus smoothed)? How to activate? If not I think it should definitely be added.

I'm afraid no parameter smoothing, I was thinking about it for multiparameters though... Anyway are you really sure this is the reason? It sounds to me like you have some very resonant filter, that's amplifying distinct harmonics, which are distributed as the "steps".

Oh, you got a point there, gotta check that.

OK you are right the effect was intensified by the harmonics of the saw wave. I tried again with white noise and resonant filter.

The sweep via multiparameter controlled by modwheel is still a little more bumpy, so smoothing for Multiparameters would be very cool.

Ok, I'll see about that. Wanted to do that anyway... Not for this, but more like since some parameters cause zipper noise when changed too quickly.
