FR - Ctrl+Enter in event/point property panel to change absolute value of all selected events/points

Two feature request from absolute MULAB newbie:

1) Add modifier key (e.g., Ctrl) when entering value in event/point property panel (e.g, note velocity or automation/envelope parameter value) to apply the same absolute value to all selected events/points.

2) It would also be nice to have the Alt modifier key to keep timing when dragging point(s) in automation editor.

Keep up the good work!!! I love the implementation/concept of this DAW!!!
