Hi Nick
They offer Lumina as a download or USB. Whether I try to do it myself or send it in to Muse Research, which is better to use? I wanted to get it soon. They're having a sale.
Thanks Frank

Depending on your internet connection, download is usually the fastest method. Otherwise if you order the USB online you'll have to wait for it to arrive in the mail.

Hi Nick,
My computer is really old. I don't mind waiting for the USB stick. If I order the Muse service contract, would I need the computer at all? Could someone talk me through the process.
Thanks Frak

Hey Frank,
I was just informed that while the newer models (VIP/Quattro/trio) are capable of installing Lumina the Receptor 2 is unfortunately not capable. Sorry for the confusion!
