Hi, I wanted to do the trial of MuLab for Mac however I Keep getting the error message "Couldn't Get App File Path" so it won't start up. I have downloaded it a couple of times and from a couple different locations on the net but still get the same thing. Im on a Mac running OSX (Mavericks). Any help getting this up and running would be great. Im serious about purchasing it but not without trying it first.
Thanks much—

It's an error that occurs on a small number of specific OSX systems. Until now i could not yet find the reason for it, and hence no solution yet, unfortunately. If you have experience in software testing and you're interested in helping sorting out this issue please mail me about this so we can dive more into the tech details.

Hi, thanks for the response. I would be happy to help out. Just let me know how I can do so. I can not find a contact email for you or anywhere here or on the Mutools website so let me know how to contact you.
Thanks.

Is this the first time? Try right-click, and open in that menu. It will be ok after that.
It's because Mavericks checks the file before opening programs downloaded from the net.

I tried the right click trick early on and it did nothing. It still comes up with the same error message.
At this point I have tried the above, I have tried moving the Folder to the applications folder (or elsewhere) prior to trying to start the application and I have downloaded it probably five times from a couple different locations and still the same deal. Any other suggestions?
