And a good driver isnt going to keep saying things like "Hi Ford, I tried your Mustang, and I think it would be so much better if you put in the engine from an F16, and some combine-harvester blades because I dreamt of making haybales really f**king quickly. Im not an engineer, but this must be easy, right?"

I know quite a few people with Mustangs and they all say something like this (but with less detail). Usually sounds more like, 'it has no oomph, could you please put a real engine in it'?

Never realizing it was a retro design anyway and the original was also made for economy, not performance. (That came later when Shelby got into it).

Audiosculpt and other softwares [from the "academic" world] had already similar and more comprehensive functions a decade ago.
