Hi,
I've bought this plugin and install it. I love the sound but I have a big problem, I can't access the presets. I have tried everyting,. I've tried to uninstall and install it again (the plugin keep always registered in the new installs), add the presets folder in C:\Users\Gabi\AppData\Roaming\MeldaProductions and also from C:\Users\All Users\MeldaProduction\MeldaProduction MAutoEqualizer. When I try to add them the program says I have to select a file. I can see the presets with Windows explorer but the program doesn't find any.
I am using the latest installer and Windows 8.1. My user has administration rights. I have also tried to install the plugin again as administrator. I am totally lost.
Please help!
Thanks

As I understand it ....
Here, both files for MAutoEqualizer are essentially empty.
[Add] adds a new preset, with the current plug-in settings, to the user presets file and you can type in a name or click the virtual keyboard; have a look at [Import] and [Export] instead.
- The preset xml files in C:\ProgramData\MeldaProduction are the "master copies", not accessed for individual users.
- The presets for each user are stored in the C:\Users\<<useraccount>>\AppData\Roaming\MeldaProduction folder.

Thanks for answering. There are no problems with other Melda plugins. I've just click on the install. I don't understand why this has happened. Can I uninstall the plugin and also the permission to use it? Has someone had this problem? I want a totally fresh install but it seems I can't delete my permission. Maybe there is the problem.
I think I've done everything, add and import. Maybe someone from Melda could give me a clue.

Silikonanswer, you seem to have use just about every way to contact me, why??? There's really no need to duplicate questions, especially not that many times...
Anyway I'm afraid there are no presets, for a simple reason - it doesn't make sense to have a preset for an equalizer. You never know what signal you are dealing with, so a presets in an equalizer only means "you want to trick your customers to think this is some kind of one-button miracle", but it never is...

My sincere apologies
, you are absolutely right. The plugin sounds AWESOME. I recomend it to everybody. I thought there were presets because I found this in my users folder (see picture).
Let me tell you something about MeldaProductionbs. I own the creative bundle and I have bought MAutoEqualizer and also Mamp. The plugins are updated very frequently and I also see that the technical staff kick ass. They work flawesly and they sound just awesome. I think I sent the question THREE times, so forgive me for being such a dick (other companies never answer but you answered FAST). It won't happen again.
Thanks for your support.

No problem
. It's just kind of problematic, since I'm generally swamped with support questions and then when I see something feel like "hmmm, I did see this recetly, or didn't I?"
About the presets - what you found is actually the database of source analyses - look at the Analyse source button, it contains a subbutton called Load, so there you can access that
. Please check docs about using the automatic equalization. Basically besides loading the "source analysis", you'll have to analyze your audio using the Analyze target and then just use the "Equalizer" button
.
