I just bought Zebra, and the scrolling isn't working inside the VST. It's annoying when trying to look through presets.

Can anyone help me fix this?

Thank you.

ZebraHZ*** not sure if that makes a difference. Chose HZ cause I like the skin.

I'm still having no luck. I unistalled everything, then re-installed the regular Zebra2 2.7, entered the register codes, and still can't scroll.

I tried third party vsts, and native vsts in FL studio, and both work perfectly fine with scrolling.

So it seems to be just Zebra2.

Can anyone please help me?

EDIT:

It says it's in 2.7.0 when I load it, then I check the settings and it says it's in 2.4.39. Then I right click the top and it says it's in 2.5 (Native), and I try ticking 2.3, and scrolling WORKS! Then I try loading a new project, and it loads back into 2.5 (Native), and switch it to 2.3, and then it DOESN'T work?

What is going on? Why am I having such problems with such a simple task. I just dropped over $200 on this.

Edit2:

VST 64bit scrolling works, but then I get no sounds. I have to enable keyboard focus, then the sounds work when I hit my keyboard, then stops working when I change presets.

:S

Sorry Nightizm - we only just noticed this thread (was weekend)! On the case... expect news soon :-)

Hi,

thanks for your report!

Please uninstall all Zebra2 plugins (VST2 and VST3) by using this article:
http://www.u-he.com/cms/faqs#how-can-i- ... he-plugins

Now, please reinstall Zebra2 (only the VST2 version) by using this build (2709):
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=419732

Note: Do not install or use the VST3 version - it is untested & unsupported for the moment.

Let me know, whether the VST2 of revision 2709 works for you.

If this revision of Zebra doesn't remedy your issue(s), let me know, which version of FL studio you are using. Are you using the 32 or 64 Bit version of Fl studio?

Please provide also a .log file for debugging your issue(s):
http://www.u-he.com/cms/faqs#how-do-i-c ... -debugging

Save the Zebra .log file directly to your Desktop folder, start Fl Studio, provoke the issue and send the .log file to support (at) u-he.com along with a link of this thread.

Thanks! Sorry for the inconvenience!

Cheers,
Michael

I did exactly what you said and thanks for emailing me as well, it worked.

I was running a PC laptop Windows 8 before and had no problems, now I'm using MacBook Pro Retina with BootCamp installed. Windows 8.1 is running natively now, so I don't see where the issue could have arised? I've been using 32bit FL studio 11 as well.

Thanks for your help!
