Hello everyone

I don't know whether it's my recent upgrade to Yosemite, or changes in the latest version of Garageband, but I'm finding I'm not able to run Tyrell, Podolski or Zebralette in GB anymore. The GUI no longer appears although you can still play the default preset. I've tried deleting GB's plugin cache and repairing disk permissions, but it didn't help. I've also tried deleting every u-he related file on my system and re-installing the plugins but that hasn't worked either.

Looking at error messages from the Console, I'm getting messages like this:

CFURLGetFSRef was passed this URL which has no scheme (the URL may not work with other CFURL routines): /Users/RobHyde/Library/Containers/com.apple.garageband10/Data/Library/Application%20Support/u-he

I've checked file permissions for these locations and they seem fine. My other plugins are running without issues and ZebraCM is working normally.

Any suggestions?

I remember some talk about this, maybe Rob and Michael have figured it out. Best to send a request to support at u-he dot com!

Probably another Sandboxing issue.

Try the latest builds. That worked for me with Zebs and Filterscape and all seems fine.

Zebra (rev 2709)
Filterscape (rev 2570)

I don't know what the others would be.

That's fixed Zebra, thanks. Currently the links for Podolski and TyrellN6 aren't working in the Latest Builds thread, but I'll check this forum from now on to get the latest fixes.

They're working fine here (Yosemite).

Good to know. Their server seems to have frozen up, so I can't download anything at the moment.

Hmmm, we use a content delivery network... it isn't our servers then...

(except for TyrellN6 though...)

The links are now working (including TyrellN6) for me and so are the plugins.

Where did you get the "latest" build? I got 2.7 from http://www.u-he.com/cms/zebralette (http://www.u-he.com/cms/zebralette) but it simply won't show the GUI in GB...

Where did you get the "latest" build? I got 2.7 from http://www.u-he.com/cms/zebralette but it simply won't show the GUI in GB...

You should be able to find them under "Announcements" at the top of this forum (the u-he forum that is), there'll be a thread generally called "Latest builds - Revision" something or other that'll contain the, well, latest builds...
