...as you were...
Thanks for the heads up! What would be the best format to get for use in Serum?

I'm seeing the option for Wave 24, Wave 32, Wave 64, Massive, Absynth, Etc....

I think Wave32, then it would be best to import each folder and save it as a wavetable I think.

Very nice. They even have a group of "demo wavetables" that I've already added to the list...interesting stuff.

I have already realized that choosing "morph-->crossfade" is probably the best option with these as it smoothly automates between the tones when using the WT position knob.

Serum is so incredible...love this synth!

I tend to use Morph/Spectral more often....why do you favor Crossfade?

No you're right, Morph/Spectral is the better choice indeed.

ok I bought the set.
I think I saw it somewhere but can't remember, whats the best way to import?
Nuendo is taken up two screens so I am not really able to drag all the wave files in each folder onto serum.

I really wish Serum had a sample and hold LFO, I can't get any useable results out of the chaos oscillators.
Also as I said earlier, the reverb is in desperate need of an upgrade!!

Serum is one of the synthesizers (among many others) that I plan to get in the future.

Don't know if it's the best, but here what i did:
type in 2048 (enter formula) and drag many of them from one folder.
Dont drag all to leave some places for morphing.

(If you want to just listen them one by one you can fill up all the slots.)

Cheers, :)

I didn't bother typing anything in, and they sound good to me. I didn't leave space either unless the folder I was dragging from had less than 256 waveforms in it. I figure I'll likely pick and choose singles out and copy those to new tables to morph between them.

Here are some other sounds:

SQ Bell vs Guit, (guit plays the opposit rhythm by the Modwheel)
SQ Cinema Drums (seq+some hand beats+Controllers)
SQ Epic Tension Pad (I turn off the seq when opening the pad and sweep down the speed in the end)
