Diva or the Dark Zebra?

First of all, Zebra is easily my favorite plugin, I didn't like it so much at first but after spending time with it, it's become the one thing I couldn't do without, Urs has made an amazing synth. Now I'm planning to make more chill/darker house music (moving away from noisy big room and complextro - my brostep days are over).
I'm not interested at all in the presets, but the Diva filters and resonator in ZebraHZ sound like nice additions. I also like the idea of a really minimal set up, just one plugin that does everything, but at the same time Diva sounds amazing.
Would it be better for me to upgrade to the Dark Zebra to get those additions, or should I just spend the extra cash and get Diva itself? Would I miss much without ZebraHZ? It's quite expensive for presets I wouldn't use, but I'm wondering if those extra features are worth it.
Edit: Also, would the $25 voucher apply to the Dark Zebra? If not then I'll pass and go straight for Diva.
Edit 2: Thought I'd write up a follow up, I ended up just saving and getting both but if you're a Zebra user on the fence about getting the Dark Zebra, definitely get it. It was well worth it for me, just for those filters alone and although I'd never use the presets, it was interesting seeing how simple noise and phasers turn into these epic orchestral drums and drones.
True that ZebraHZ doesn't sound like Diva, but the filters are an improvement over the stock ones and I haven't had much CPU hit using them. If it had to be one or the other, I'd vote for ZebraHZ, but Diva sounds amazing too, just a different character. Both tools are invaluable to me now.

I would also go for Diva, since I also produce deep / chill house. Diva is able to provide me with the sounds which really fit into that genre of music.

Heheh, how much money ya got?
HZ does a certain range that sounds very much like Diva. But it won't do everything that Diva does.
With HZ, it is about the Diva filters, many of the sounds are more impact Foley things, But there is also the fact that buying it puts you in for getting Zebra 3 for free.
So it depends on what you need it to do (not just by genre, but by personal subjective pleasure).
I have HZ and because my needs for it were met by it, decided to not buy Diva. Although I was still playing with the demo. So with this coupon though, I finally decided there was good reason to not have it too.
So the HZ option will run about $74.00 or get Diva for $154.00?
What's your budget?

Just to offer up yet another opinion..
First - I love Diva, and wouldn't trade it. You can't go wrong either way. That said...
Zebra2 + HZ = Free Zebra3 upgrade when that happens.
If you are comfortable with, and love Zebra... you will really love HZ. The additional Diva-style Filters and presets will keep you busy for months.. It's every bit as good as folks say.
/two cents off.

The Diva filters in HZ do not have the filter FM... or the feedback... so they are not the full Diva filters...
You also do not have the Diva Osc's... no cross modulation and sync is not the same, etc
I love Zebra and the additions in the HZ version, but it is not Diva at all... Getting HZ is not like Diva lite, or an almost Diva replacement...
Start modulating pulse width, while also using some cross modulation and turn up resonance... the sheer quality and rich character that you get even when pushing the synth comes from a synergy of all the modules. HZ is still fundamentally Zebra and not Diva.

Diva it is then. I might get both after all if there's a free upgrade to Zebra 3, it sounds like ZebraHZ would be worth it in it's own way. Thanks a lot for the input, everyone.
