I am also experiencing this issue and have no idea what to do. I keep reading reviews about how amazing this plugin bundle is but cant seem to use it! its driving me crazy
Just to clarify, I have just updated my iLok and I am using Protools express 10.3.4 on a Macbook pro using OS-X 10.6.8 and have downloaded and installed the MFreeEffects Bundle but continue to receive this message when I open my protools " Protools could not load the following plugins either because no valid authorization could be found the ilok was not connected or the plugin was damaged..." and then there is a list of the Melda plugins.
Im not sure what to do and am getting somewhat frustrated/ feeling lost.
Id appreciate all the help I could get in this matter. Thank you so much.

Hi, I'd really like to help you, but I'm afraid this is 99.99% likely a problem in ProTools, again. In fact all of these problems ended up solved as some kind of PT mysteries. There seems to be no way to find out "what PT doesn't like" and in all cases the problem was solved by some kind of reinstallation of PT, system update or something... That's life with ProTools I'm afraid...
