saving location of vsti / vst locked windows

I use a dual monitor view and wondering if i can save the location when i close and reopen tracktion. Apparently I can't, and i think it'd be neat if we had that function.

I'd go along with that suggestion.

yeah, "Locked" plugins could just have their behaviour altered such that they are persistent between sessions.

I don't think that would be to much work to implement at all.
