Urs could you add the multiplex inputs to the host parameter list for Bazille?

There are only 16 parameters in all of Bazille that aren't automatable, thus mappable by host visible controls, and those are the multiplex input. Every other input is a host visible control, which means you could assign a control for the cable source, which is awesome. The entire thing is mappable with automap or Machine or Kore or Naktor Panormama etc. EXCEPT those 16 inputs. But they are no different than any other input, in that they allow one input, therefor could be a host parameter just the same as the rest.
Could you just add these 16 controls on to the end of Bazille parameter list so as not to mess up any patches?

Just curious what's different about these parameters and why they were not exposed like all the rest.

So multiplex inputs are just special/different?

(10 days later - oops). No worries, this one is on Urs' (thankfully dwindling) to-do list : -)

Hey good to hear! (And I hope the digital wave selector in Diva is also still on the to-do list!)
And actually I was wrong there is one other set of parameters not automatable - The sequencer sliders. But I guess that would add 8 x 16 more parameters which is a fair bit. However even still, some controllers could make good use of it, like the Nektar Panormama, which let's you turn a dial to get to the page you want, so you'd be able to jump to the sequencer page and use knobs/sliders to set the sequenecer sliders, which would be pretty darn cool (for someone who had that controller).

What else needs adding:
Stack voice tuning knobs
Inverter/rectifier cables
Sample and hold cables

There are 16 steps for each of the 8 sequences. You wounldn't be able to store the values without having seperate parameters for each slider of each sequence.EvilDragon wrote:No, just 16.Echoes in the Attic wrote:But I guess that would add 8 x 16 more parameters which is a fair bit.

Ah, thanks! I didn't spend enough time with the demo to catch these.aMUSEd wrote:What else needs adding:

As far as I see from the GUI, there are only 16 sequencer sliders, and depending on which sequence you select, they interpolate their position, while sequence values are stored in memory, rather than in a bank of sliders. So... There aren't 16x8 sliders in there. Just 16.Echoes in the Attic wrote:There are 16 steps for each of the 8 sequences. Yeah, I'm not saying there are 128 sliders on the GUI, I'm saying that there must be a parameter to store the value of any slider for each sequence. So any given slider has 8 values to set and store. The sequence knob would interpolate between those 8 values. But perhaps you're right, maybe it would only be 16 parameters and those are set depending on what sequence is currently chosen? I guess in that respect it could be like Alchemy's macro morpher, where snapshots are stored for parameters in any given state. That would be cool if Bazille's slider parameters worked that way.EvilDragon wrote:As far as I see from the GUI, there are only 16 sequencer sliders, and depending on which sequence you select, they interpolate their position, while sequence values are stored in memory, rather than in a bank of sliders. I think it's exactly like that. Select a sequence first, then edit its 16 steps.Echoes in the Attic wrote:But perhaps you're right, maybe it would only be 16 parameters and those are set depending on what sequence is currently chosen?

Well if so then I definitely vote for adding those sliders to the automation parameter list! That would be very cool.EvilDragon wrote:I think it's exactly like that. So has the to-do list dwindled any more over the last 4 months by any chance?Howard wrote:(10 days later - oops). No worries, this one is on Urs' (thankfully dwindling) to-do list : -)
