Invalid ticket number?

Hi liqih,
I bought AbstractGuitar earlier today,and I got my link about a half hour ago.Went to the login page and logged in-fine.Started the download-and my machine did a spontaneous reboot
Now,when I try to log in,I get an invalid ticket number message,and the mail I sent to both support and ticket support bounced.
I sent you an e-mail with ticket number,etc.
Hope you can straighten this out,
