Suggestions.. It might seem silly to some but:Suloo wrote:Ok, i updated the Lemur template to version 1.0.2

1. How about removing the version number from the github link.. I want to know that I am downloading the latest version each time I click "download zip" on the page.. downloading a 1.0.2 script as 1.0.1 is confusing to some.. including me:)
2. How about combining Macro and Map tabs into one tab on Lemur, and changing macro sliders into knobs to resemble more their shape on Bitwig.. also to streamline the interface.
If you don't have time for number 2, I have some time and can do it if you like.
Cheers,

Yea, already thought about that version thing. Maybe i just merge them all into the master and delete the 1.0.1 branch.
And yes, combining both makes absolutely sense to me as well, won`t have really time until tuesday, so if you like to, feel free to edit that.
cheers

Liine just released Lemur for Android as well:
http://createdigitalmusic.com/2014/11/l ... touch-app/
I'm using Bitwig on Ubuntu linux, and have an Android tablet. Do you think that this script might work with Android as well? I'd rather not drop 25 bucks on something that doesn't work. That being said, if you want to make your script fully cross-platform and compatible, I'd be happy to drop 25 bucks and be a tester/guinea pig for you. Someone's gotta do it, to make the production world better for others!

...If you have to fix it with a computer: quantized, pitch corrected, and overly inspected, then you can't do it, and I can't get behind that!

the communication is done via wifi to the same midi ports and the script is basically working in bitwig. Should work just fine.

Is the version linked to still the newest version? is there no 1.0.2 version as this thread indicates? I ask because the clip launcher still seems broken and this thread indicates it was fixed with an update...Thanks!

here is the latest one, i broke the version numbers somehow, but on Github its always the latest.
If you still encounter problems, let me know, but the clip launcher should be fixed.

ok thanks. Yeah, that's the version I had. In regards to the clip launcher, I find it to be arranged in horizontal format, which I realize now is probably to match the view of clips when in the arrangement view, however, I would like to have the option to view it vertically as it is in Bitwig's standard clip launching view. I also find that it does not show the clips for me, so there's no way of telling where the clips are on the grid.

Is it possible to adjust the tempo using a Macro without the tempo jumping by increments of 8-10 BPM? I've had the same issue with my livid code and was told it had to do with the API...but maybe it's possible now with the 1.1 update?
