Uh, sorry, but saying you're going to something, then deciding you're not, but not telling anyone is pretty bad ... wasn't there a vote about what day it was to be? Speaking as someone who works shifts that sometimes cover weekends, i couldn't make any of the proposed dates, but if people said they'd go, then didn't, you're doing me out of going - If it looked like a low turnout it would have been moved to another date ...

Glad it happened. I think the world of Jules for giving software recording back to little guys like me.
Also nice to see there is at least some community of users in England.
Regarding distance, I'd know a little something about that. I just drove from Franklin, Ky to Bushnell Florida (90 min from the Atlantic) and back. That's an average drive for a U.S. vacation in this part of the country, equalling a distance of 710 miles....each way. When we visit my wife's family in Idaho, we drive 2,100 miles which translates to three days straight of driving for 14 hours each way (and we still fall short of seeing the Pacific Ocean by 750 miles). Forgive me if England seems romantically small and well connected by passenger rail service. You don't think all Americans are in love with our cars do you? The closest passenger rail terminal is 5 hours away - by car.
