I bit the bullet and bought BWS 1.1 from Guitar Center. When I try to register it I get an error message which states the provided serial is not valid. I've already submitted a ticket to tech support and now I'm waiting for them to get back to me.

Anyone else had this problem when you first tried to register the app?

worked for me from GC, but that was about 2 hours ago

There was another user that had this problem a week or so back. Unfortunately for him he had to wait the weekend for Team BWS to get back in office and sort it out.

Fortunately in this case they will not be observing Thanksgiving festivites and will be back in the office tomorrow, which is almost the case in Germany

'Course, knowing how they like to work odd hours you may get lucky sooner than later.

Dom just sent me an email request a scan of the serial number to see if there's a typo in there so hopefully he get straightened out soon.

That's what hibidy means....sometimes you can capture an extra space and not realize it. Or possible even a hidden character like a CR.

I wonder if im gonna be able to but it if im from Canada.
If i switch to the US page im able to process the transaction until the paypal page but i did not buy it yet.
Do you think its possible to buy outside of US ?

If you've made it to the Paypal page then I think it should work. Once the order is processed you should get an email within minutes with the license key. At least that's how it went through with GC.

Generally there are restrictions on US based companies selling software outside the US.
