I see here that your message "Be careful! This sender has failed our fraud detection checks." is typical of the Microsoft antivirus ! It is used with Hotmail, with Outlook, etc.

So now it is the evidence that your problem is this Microsoft antivirus.

Now you take it or you don't take, but the problem is THERE! This character string is typical of the Microsoft antivirus!

Check your connection, always be aware that many ISPs throttle otherwise good connections.
That being said, I have numerous problems with KV331 downloads in the past and they were definitely from their server and it has been historically bad when all others have been good to great. I thought they had changed their server though and the last couple of updates were coming through as good as should be commonly expected for most companies.

I think I would be more concerned about not getting a contact through to them though. Something seems strange there.

Anyway, I send all contact in triplicate with them now. One to support (which I've been told they rarely check) one to 'Contact' (which someone has already given you the link to) and post on this forum. One of them is bound to hit, especially if you're persistent about it.

On a more serious note........I've never had any problems with Bulent, his site or his software but I imagine the slow speed might just be due to the high traffic generated by the Holiday sale.......

Until you've tried from another device and internet connection you have no way to know that the problem is not on your end. Or it could be a simple bug on their end. Those 2 options are a lot more likely.

I think too.
And as i said, it is obvious that the alert messages he gets is because he uses this joke called "antivirus" by Microsoft which is worldwide known for that kind of issue: being a butterfingers for many real viruses and being a real wall for things which are totally safe.
I asked him what antivirus he uses and at which version. He never answered. And it is easy to understand why. But the message he gets from his antivirus is an actual signature of that antivirus. And the best should be to deactivate it and to take a real one. Immediately the problem will disappear! For sure!

If the problem was at their end, much more people would have the same problem. And for the moment, the evidence is that there is at the minimum a strong problem at his end. But will he admit it?

And I've never asked him to disable his firewall(s) nor his antiviruses. I asked him to make sure how many firewalls he has and how many antiviruses he has. And which ones are they?

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Just because he is the only only one reporting an issue....now....doesn't mean no one else is experiencing an issue as well......

KV331 is a small company having a big sale. I'd be very surprised if there weren't any issues with that combination.......

I've just downloaded once more all my products (Synthmaster and all my full collection of soundbanks, with a total of 22 files). Absolutely no problem at all. And the speed is normal.
