It's only evidence that MSE/Defender scanned the email. Is not necessarily related to the download issues. I'm not even sure MSE/Defender can even intercept network traffic in a way that would cause theses slowdowns.BlackWinny wrote:

It could be an issue in one of the backbone nodes.
