...If you have to fix it with a computer: quantized, pitch corrected, and overly inspected, then you can't do it, and I can't get behind that!

Had a play with the .1up Stickers and my camera today and thought this one to look quite nice as a wallpaper:

2560 x 1600px. Rightclick and "save image..." or however it's called in your browser.
Enjoy,
Tom

Up and Running with Bitwig Studio with Evan Sutton http://www.lynda.com/Bitwig-Studio-tuto ... 737-4.html
In this course, Evan Sutton covers all of the most-important features of Bitwig Studio, the next-gen DAW designed specifically for electronic music, so you can take your ideas and turn them into epic recordings and live performances—fast. Evan helps you "shake hands" with the interface, use Bitwig's software instruments, record MIDI, get amazing sounds from raw audio, and use loops, effects, EQ, and compression to build clips into solid compositions. In the final chapter, Evan shows you how to create a performance system that rocks, using adapted pieces from your composition and external hardware controllers.
Topics include:
Setting up
Recording and overdubbing MIDI
Editing MIDI
Sampler and synth programming
Editing audio
Making songs out of loops
Adjusting volume and panning
Basic mix techniques using EQ and compression
Creating scenes for live performance

Hey guys 'n gals,
I wrote a new tutorial, maybe some of you will find this interesting:
Surround Sound in Bitwig Studio - Part 1
http://blog.thomashelzle.de/2015/02/sur ... io-part-1/
I personally work/listen in surround most of the time and found most other DAWs I tried to be rather "stiff" and uninspiring in that realm. Bitwig on the other hand can be used very flexible in case you are more the playful/experimental surround explorer or simply enjoy sitting "within" the sound.
In this first part I guide you through creating a surround panner chain from the XY Instrument device, setting up the basic channels for 5.1 sound, exporting to audio and converting it to multichannel FLAC, WAV or AC3 with Audacity so you can play it back with for instance Resonic Player or Foobar 2000.

Enjoy,
Tom
