Hi Michael
Yes I'm using 3185 (I liked so much the plugin that I already bought it).
This only happens on VST (only now tested with the AU version).
I could send the project .. but it's full of other 3th party plugins and this is really reproducible:
- Create a new project
- Put Presswerk VST on masterbus (also happens on tracks, but I spoted first on masterbus)
- Choose for example "MS Mixdown Compressor" preset
- Save the project
- Load again the project
- Plugin (and Live) shows "Vari-mu Tube Limiter" as preset ... but the settings on the plugins are right and from the "MS Mixdown Compressor).
Like I said I've done these exactly steps on Reaper and it works right. I don't have any other DAW to try ...
Hope it helps.

Bypass Problem in DP8
When clicking the digital Performer bypass button for a presswerk instance, either in the plugin window or the mixing board insert slot, the sound is muted. The presswerk very own bypass switch works correctly.

yep, it's known. Which DP version are you using? Mac / PC? Does this also happen with plug-ins form other manufacturers? In case you are on a Mac: AU - VST = same issue?
Thanks!
Michael
Thanks!

Urs et al. Since you are finalizing GUI, what I don't like is the locked colour and font over the pinkish enabled button........ maybe it is just me.

After some use, the "Original" GUI mode is better, without the red glow.
There is already a white indicator on the knob to check the position, so IMHO it's too much in the end.
Yeah yeah I know, I was one to say "looks better with", but seems it was the "everything that's new is better" effect.

Whereas I do prefer it with (the original plus) but either way isn't a biggie for me.

You're probably missing the point: the outlines (and red lines below the buttons) indicate what's going on 'on the other' channel, therefore show any kind of differencekj.metissage wrote:After some use, the "Original" GUI mode is better, without the red glow.

You know i don't think I like any of the pink/red writing for parameters or presets etc.. I would have personally preferred blue......ironically like blue background in the blue11 ad in kvr as I see to my right as I type this.

Ahh I see what you mean. I too missed that and tbh I didn't follow from Urs writing on the first post what we were suppose to be looking for.sascha wrote:You're probably missing the point: the outlines (and red lines below the buttons) indicate what's going on 'on the other' channel, therefore show any kind of differencekj.metissage wrote:After some use, the "Original" GUI mode is better, without the red glow.

But yes now I see that, shouldn't this be a no brainer ?
