A 'track' in MD is a subset of a loop. When I insert or delete a track or change track type , I am dealing with just the track within a particular loop. That's good, but I would like the option to do these things to the complete 'part' of a Rhythm.
For example.. I might want to delete (at once) the complete ride cymbal part (all the ride cymbal tracks) from the Rhythm, or change the complete ride cymbal part to a Snare 1 type, or simply add a new empty 'part' to the complete Rhythm (to all loops at once, including the variations in the index panel).
Would this be possible? Perhaps just using a key modifier?

Well, in Rhythm editor / Import/Export you can load a track to all loops in the rhythm. This is useful for shakers for example. If there is something else special, feel free to ask, but generalized solution "that would do to all loops what you do to one" cannot be done. I'm not sure how much useful is deleting a track from all loops really.

Ah well, I had a feeling it might not be possible.
Sure, deleting and adding not all that useful...Deleting from all loops would just speed up the tidying up process. Adding (empty tracks) to all loops would speed up the writing new tracks process.
But changing track type in all loops at once would be pretty useful.
For example, I had composed a jazz ride for a complete Rhythm but then decided that it would sound better as a jazz brush snare, so had to go through each loop changing drum type. I realize that I could have just chosen a different source sample and everything would then sound as I wanted, but then the drum type would still read as Ride Cymbal which goes against my finicky nature.
