ZEBRA Synth settings not displayed when loading a preset?

Hi,
When I choose a synth preset, then go to the "synth" tab, nothing changes. I.e. the operators, etc., stay the same, so I can't really edit the synth. Then if I click an operator or something, the sound completely changes. It's annoying. Is anyone familiar with this bug? Any solutions? Thank you!

Sorry about that. I thought I was on the Zebra forum specifically, not just the u-he forum. I am talking about Zebra.

1) What you mean by "operator"?
2) Why do you call what you experience a "bug"?
3) Have you read the manual?
(tip: please update the title of this thread to include "Zebra")

By "operator" I mean the cells in the central grid, i.e. a filter, oscillator, wave shaper etc.
Yes, I have read the manual, but have come to this forum because I don't want to re-read the whole thing again to find an answer to a very specific question.
By "bug" I mean the problem I described in my original post. When I load a preset in the "patches" tab, and then hit the "synthesis" tab, the parameters specific to that preset are not loaded. For example, say the synth opens with the last active patch, which has two oscillators and two filters. I change the preset to a patch that has 4 oscillators and 1 filter, but when I select that patch and go to the "synthesis" tab, there will still be two oscillators and two filters. That makes it impossible for me to tweak that preset, which is annoying.
Is that clear? Does anyone know of a solution? Thank you.

jschmidtiii: there's very little information in what you're posting and initially you were also using a technical term such as "operators" completely wrong, all of this makes it hard for someone to help you. It could help people more effectively try to help you if you post which OS you're using (Windows XP, Windows 7 or 8, Mavericks, Mountan Lion, Yosemite, Linux or whatever), which host and if you're using a 32-bit or 64-bit plugin and which pluginformat (Vst2, Vst3 etc).
Also if you can post screencaptures with explanations of what excactly happens step by step that could make things a lot clearer as to what may be going on. For instance: this was what the settings for oscillators and filters etc looked like, this is the patch you're trying to load, this is what the synthesis area now looks like.

I'm sorry, do you have trouble reading? I misused the term operator insofar as those things are referred to as "modules" in the Zebra manual, but I didn't misuse the term. See the "operators" section of this Sound on Sound article: http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/may00/a ... /synth.htm . Maybe you need to brush up on your technical terms, V-GER?
And sure, no screenshots, but I did clearly explain the issue! I'd rather figure it out myself than use this forum. This is the worst form of customer support I have ever received. It's embarrassing that u-he lists this forum as a resource on its official site.

I understand what he's saying: The grid in the center, where you place your oscillators, etc., does not reflect the contents of a preset. I would not call this a bug; it's more like a major malfunction that would make it impossible to do much of anything with Zebra. It must be system or installation related, since if this was widespread there would be a revolt.

How about using the search function instead of opening another thread and bitching around?

Sorry for the rudeness. My frustration with the synth boiled over into this forum! Thanks for the link valerian.
