Latency problems in Cubase?

I'm new to S1lenth, just installed it as a plugin in Cubase 7.5.0 (Build 114) on MacOS 10.9.5.

As soon as installed as plugin I tried. It sounds great ... but there is a latency between the key press and the sound of about 1/2 second, which is quite annoying while playing especially in staccatos.

Any help to tweak this would be very much appreciated.
