So the phasing is from detuning law which isn't regular like in Zebra. Very interesting! To achieve non-regular detuning in Zebra I had to use many oscillators, and even FMOs for stereo version (but in stereo version inner saws are still detuned regularly because of lack oscillators).phantom-one wrote:It is a supersaw with sine suboscillator for boosting lower frequencies and a small amount of white noise.trance_lucent wrote:I like the phasing in phantom-one's demo, is it some chorus added, or it is dry supersaw?

Everyone at u-he is working on the brink to exhaustion... Presswerk is going RC shortly while Hive gets ready for its first public appearance in a few days.
Meanwhile here's another screenshot with new details:

And here's what the setting in the screenshot sounds like:

Before x-mas. Might be an alpha though, we would like to keep the option to do some minor changes based on feedback.Public beta is planned for when?
A bit less than Diva and a bit more than Bazille. The intro price will most certainly be 99$ and coupon codes from the customer survey can be applied. And estimated price?

Look at that, there's a lovely spot below the "Sub2" button in the Filter 1 area where an extra "Noise" enabler would fit right in. Volume can be set/modulated via the mod matrix, done!
Kidding aside, looks lovey and I'm looking forward to it. Good luck getting through these days U-he team

I think somebody already mentioned this, but the six decorative blue lines on the lower sides of the central hexagon are brighter than the adjacent ADSR controls and rather distracting.
Looks better with less black space. Don't think I'll ever agree with the cables in the background (I mean, why?) but it seems that's just me.

I also don't like the wires. Even more worrying, all separate "components" have wires connecting them except Mod Slots 02-06 are not wired up. I would return my synth to u-he since it's clearly a manufacturing defect.hakey wrote:Don't think I'll ever agree with the cables in the background (I mean, why?) but it seems that's just me.

Yeah those lines make it more busy and give it the appearance of more controls, which isn't great.hakey wrote:I think somebody already mentioned this, but the six decorative blue lines on the lower sides of the central hexagon are brighter than the adjacent ADSR controls and rather distracting.
