It refuses description, allowing only the vague approach of adjectives: dark, light, raw, angelic. Who or what is making these noises? Where are they coming from and what do they point to? What kind of entity can leave such a troubling sonic remnant?

First off, a big thanks to drzhnn for creating this skin in the first place and especially for the new mini version. It works on my laptop and now I can click on a module in the grid and have it scroll into view, which were my main complaints about the original version of Redux. I wonder if we could extend the click and scroll behavior to the effects grid too? At the moment, clicking on an effect doesn't move the effect into view. I have to manually scroll to the bottom of the generators pane. It would be really convenient if this could be implemented.

I also found a bug in the mod matrix. If the mod source is, for instance, an MSEG that isn't presently in view, when I try to change the value, a click on the knob immediately scrolls to the source MSEG instead of allowing me to change the value. In fact, I can't figure out a way to change the value at all. Any click on the knob that is a mod source that is out of view goes directly to that source and moves the mod matrix out of view. When I do this sort of thing with the oscillators, it works correctly. A quick click on a modulation knob reveals the modulator in the right panel. Pressing and holding on the knob allows me to change the value. This isn't what's happening in the mod matrix.

Other than those things, I'm loving this skin. Well, if I'm really going to be greedy, I have to admit that I wouldn't mind a mini UDH version. It's easier for me to quickly identify the module I'm interested in with a little color coding, but that's sort of icing on the cake at this point.

I can't fix it. ModMatrix was not designed to be a rack module. But there are two ways to avoid this scroll behavior though. The first one is to disable "auto scroll" option in context menu of the modulation rack. The other one is to move conflicting module up in the rack, closer to ModMatrix module (you can do it by clicking somewhere in a space between modules).

Color settings are unified across all Zebra Redux versions, so you can replace USER COLORS code block in Mini with the original Zebra Redux UDH colors.

1) Open Zebra Redux UDH\Scripts\Zebra2.txt in a text editor
2) Copy everything between *** USER COLORS START *** and *** USER COLORS END *** lines
3) Open Zebra Redux Mini\Scripts\Zebra2.txt in a text editor
4) Replace everything between *** USER COLORS START *** and *** USER COLORS END *** lines with the code you copied previously.

New update:

Zebra.Redux.2014.1217.1652.zip

Changes:
- Redux Mini is now part of the package
- Arp: added indication for notes in lower octave
- MSEGs: Added semi transparent curves from other MSEG editors (I don't understand how this thing works, so it's black voodoo magic at this point. I'm quite surprised it actually works at all)

Can you please make a zip or rar file out of that? Can't do anything with this on a Mac. I have unzip or unrar. Don't want to get yet another app for unarchiving 7-zip.

RAR should open .7z files just fine. Or I'm missing something?

I understand that you don't want a bunch of unzip utilities, but I believe the free The Unarchiver will do all of the above. You can get it at the App store.

The auto scroll tip did the trick. I didn't even know that was there! It took me a minute to find it, but this will work fine for me.

OK, that was easy. Man, looking at the script, images, etc. that you had to put together on this thing made me realize how much work this must have been. Thanks again for doing this.

Ran into another problem with Redux Mini. If I'm looking for patches in the Lib and the list of folders or patches gets too long, using the scroll handle to move to the bottom doesn't reveal everything in the column, at least in Logic X. The window border swallows the lowest entries and they can't be seen. This is a bit of a PITA if I'm trying to go to my user folder since I can't actually get there unless I collapse other folders first. Also, there's no way to see all the patches in a folder.
