Which means you're taking the OP side also. (Except for the PayPal dispute).

Except that I would even wait a few weeks for the support because Synthmaster won't decay on your hard disk...

Same here. And I've learned it doesn't seem to change anything either.
I would be slightly surprised if PayPal actually resolved this in the OP's favor.

And while SM doesn't decay on your drive, it does have a tendency to bloat.

I am not against the Dev at all and have tried anything and everything I could to get Synthmaster directly from the web-site which includes; Turning off all security and Malware software; Running complete scans of my hard disk drives looking for any errors and using different web browsers to try and get my product aswell as turning the internet options web filter to the lowest settings to ensure no issues downloading.

Sorry if I seem like a D.** as all I wanted was for me to be able to use Synthmaster as part of my music a.s.a.p. I possibly asked for too much and for myself I get very little time now to actually make songs, so when I do I really don't want my software to fail me, at least let me download the program...

I had been genuinely excited about buying Synthmaster and looked up many reviews and had a thought of boxing matches why I should buy the synth before hitting that purchase button and could not wait to get my new synth once I purchased! You guys been there before right? A new synth is a big deal, it could be great or it could be sheit and I already had the synthmaster player from a cm mag so I knew this would be amazing as many of my favourite producers made sounds and contributed and I also wanted to build my own sounds too!

So again I am real sorry.

You sent us a message saying "Your service is shocking" then I replied back:

I replied back to him immediately when he contacted me. but then, he doesnt respond back and carries the discussion over here.

I am sorry for not showing up here day by day guys, I am extremely busy with developing new stuff, that is why. Gercek is catching up and hopefuly he'll be able to help issues pretty soon.

Also, about why we want you to contact us through our web site: When issues are recorded in a database it is easier to respond and keep track of them. and through them we update our FAQ and create a knowledgebase.

Speaking of issues, the last issue I replied today was #1468 ...

Never had anything but amazing service from kv331, even when I had to sell SynthMaster. The dev is a class act and will always come through.

That's really odd Shane. I wish you replied back to me instead of starting this thread, I would have really helped you to resolve the issue

I checked my server logs, and from our stand point, no issues on the server regarding your downloads, your downloads started without any issues.

You even downloaded the software from Germany, aside from being in the UK. Wow

Even if the OP overreacted, taking 17 days to respond to a thread in your forum creates the impression of poor customer service. Why have this forum if you don't check it for weeks?

You are right, I take the blame. We will improve our "service" here as well guys.

The main purpose of keeping the forum is that users can interact here with each other about the software.

If a user has a "showstopper" issue, they should really contact us directly, not through the forum, and we state that in the email we send to them when they purchase the software.

and the OP did contact me. But, he did NOT wait for a solution. and he did NOT respond to me, he chose to bring the discussion over here.
