Question about Synthmaster 2

Hi, when i press a 2 or more note chord like below, im only getting sound from one key, its only with a few certain presets but i was wondering of there was anyway to get these presets to play all the notes without having to use layers, thanks in advance

Change the preset layer(s) from Mono to Poly?

Increase preset's polyphony value. The problem should go away then.
