Where is this installed on a Mac? I've run the installer, but it doesn't tell me where it will put the files. When I search my workstation for files updated today and/or anything with "Hive" in the name, no results are found.

I just tried to do a very wide, fat pad and noticed something I don't like so much: Since one often uses 5 or 7 semitone-detuning with pads, the pan knobs don't really help much as in this case the higher-pitch sound is all on one side and the lower-pitch on the other. On the P80 I can also put oscillators to the very right and left, making it very wide and stereo. But I hear the same on both sides because I can give every wave its own semitone setting. So I can set for instance all even waves to 0 and all odd waves to 7 semitones - in both oscillator banks.
How about an osc mode that allows you to set semitone for odd and for even waves within the same oscillator separately when using an even-numbered unison count?

Some more (short) EDM with 5x Hive. Played a bit with Hive's phaser for a short sequence.

Not sure about the other two, but dirty could be called angry.
I think the mode names are clear and make sense as they are though.

have been using it in logic pro x for quite a while now, and it runs really stable so far. that is, i haven't experienced a single crash, only some minor bugs like hanging notes, e.g.AB69 wrote:How is the beta version?
