Hi,
i'm wondering - the manual says it would have side-chain but in Logic X I don't see it - is this a bug or is it just not implemented?

Hi,
MCompressor doesn't have an external sidechain, it can only process the input by the band-pass filter for classic sidechaining. For external sidechain check http://www.meldaproduction.com/ad.php?s ... =MDynamics or http://www.meldaproduction.com/ad.php?s ... Compressor .

Oh, okay! This is not very clear in the manual though. Thx for clarifying this.

I know, the whole "side-chain" meaning is very vague with compressors... I wouldn't call this a "side-chain" either, but engineers do, so...
