Yes indeed.BlackWinny wrote:A question: When a DAW is loaded, I assume that there are other things which are loaded at the same time but which are external. I just hate getting in technological messes and when I find a definite solution for one, it's handy to remember it for the future, even between two different programs. Kinda like your computer's life flashing before its eyes

If i understood you well, then at startup you roughly have the same RAM amount as others reported here right? If yes then keep the task mananer open and go step by step and see at what step the RAM gets too high according to your expectations and pls let me know.

Another thing: Make a simple session with only Funeral Pipes and a couple of recorded sequences, just as you described before, and resulting in an extreme RAM consumption. Save that session and post it here so it can be loaded on other systems for comparison.

Apologies for the lack of an update, it seems to be behaving itself. Don't know what was causing the issue.
Having another problem now. The 32-Bit version of Mulab keeps making a noise as if it is clipping.
1) The volume on the instrument is low enough that it can't be clipping
2) It does it whether I am sounding a note or not
Doesn't matter what instrument I pick, it insists on doing it anyway. The 64-bit version works fine.

Well glad to hear that prob is solved! Thanks for your confirmation here.jurdu wrote:Apologies for the lack of an update, it seems to be behaving itself. Don't know what was causing the issue.
Is it like very short noises you hear? If yes then it sounds like your MuLab.exe and MuLab.ID files are not updated in sync. Update both the exe and ID files again from http://www.mutools.com/mulab/app-patch/Having another problem now. The 32-Bit version of Mulab keeps making a noise as if it is clipping.

All user settings will be preserved this way. Does this resolve it?
