I would like to sell my Tracktion license.
Jules has stated to me that Mackie, not Raw Material Software, was in charge of license transfer policy.
Will Mackie also allow license transfers?
[btw Tracktion is excellent software, but my needs have changed. I think Mackie can benefit from allowing license transfers, as someone else who might not have bought Tracktion at full price may dive in, and would most likely pay to upgrade to Tracktion 2 when it's released.]
I originally posted this at the Mackie forum, but a month has passed and I have not received a reply.
I think it is factor that many consider when purchasing new software (I bought Tracktion before the Mackie collaboration).
Can someone from Mackie publicly post their license transfer policy here for me?
What are other Tracktion users feel the policy should be both in the best interest of the user and Mackie/Raw Material Software?

Your best bet is to simply E-Mail Mackie with your request to sell the Tracktion licence and see what they say - assuming they respond to you - I imagine they will - if they don't; E-Mail them a second time telling them you assume that a non-response to your previous E-Mail can only be taken as an affirmation that indeed they do allow licence transfers - if they don't or could not be arsed to contact you in the first place then rest assured they will respond to this one like grease lightning!
