So I saw this (new?) feature, the "base on 0%" button. It seems to just toggle between 50% and 0% base. Would there be any way to adjust the base freely for each step?
Unfortunately the button isn't even in the documentation, nothing explained about this feature.

It's there for a long time actually. But you are probably trying to use it in a wrong way - it doesn't do anything to the actual values, it just changes the units, because for different places it may be a little confusing to use the other scale. Setting it for separate steps is therefore completelly useless.

Hm I don't fully understand you reply to be honest. So you say it is just a visualization thing, not changing the step curve at all?MeldaProduction wrote:It's there for a long time actually. So, by default it is off. When I turn it on, all (curve form) steps I touch from that point on start at 50% rather than 0%. If it changes units, it would be better to change if for the whole graph so one has a consistent representation.
Anyway, what I thought it was, is that you can let curved steps start from somewhere non zero. Currently they all start from 0 and you can only modify the max value. It would be a cool feature if you could modify max and min values.
PS: and a short mention in the help box would be cool as well.

I'll check the help.
Anyway it really doesn't change the curve, just watch the output signal shape. It just changes the units, because sometimes 0..100 is better, sometimes -100..100, that's all
. No marvelous feature here I'm afraid

Well for the simple rectangle block it does not change the steps, but for the curved blocks it does.MeldaProduction wrote:I'll check the help.

Is that a bug then or a feature?
