I hope in the future for serial protected software from them

The final GUIs will look even better than this.T-CM11 wrote:Screenshots from that video:
Of course the real GUIs usually do look better than those shown in videos.

Wow! Nave seems amazing
I hope its cpu usage is not high (and the price as well).
Attack for iPad looks amazing! I don't have iPad (and I don't have a plan to have it in the future). But it is like I saw Attack for iPad more advanced than the one for PC/Mac? I think there is a market for Advanced Attack in the VST/AU world, so I hope there is a plan for it in the future.
Nice GUI update for Waldorf editon

Nice GUI update for Waldorf editon
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Great news! It was a struggle using the Waldorf Edition tiny interfaces.
Though I'd rather have a higher resolution version of their original GUI.

Ok, I'll reserve judgement until they're officially released .Ingonator wrote:The final GUIs will look even better than this.

New Waldord Edition v2 looks fuggly as hell, but hey... we get GUI overhauls. D-Pole was long overdue.
Maybe I finally upgrade my Waldorf/Steinberg Edition and the Mag Bundles. I'm sure they still offer the same upgrades as before.

Is there anything new sound-wise? Or is it just functional updates like a sequencer for attack? I'm wondering if ppgwave 2.2 will replace the PPG 3.v or something? I much prefer the old look that actually resembles a ppgwave.

They look much smoother than old GUIs. Old D-Pole was helluva awful.Compyfox wrote:New Waldord Edition v2 looks fuggly as hell

+1. It's the primary reason I don't use waldorf's pc/Mac offerings. I own Nave on the iPad and love it too.MillerSam wrote:Nave will have "E-Licenser /Soft E-Licenser" Reg System and this is something i don't love

Where did you see a sequencer on the screenshots?masterhiggins wrote:Or is it just functional updates like a sequencer for attack?
Sorry, I couldn't find videos on the "upgrades".
Different clones of different hardware. I think they made that clear while releasing PPG 3.vmasterhiggins wrote:I'm wondering if ppgwave 2.2 will replace the PPG 3.v or something? I much prefer the old look that actually resembles a ppgwave.
Agreeing on D-Pole (long overdue). Not agreeing on Attack.EvilDragon wrote:They look much smoother than old GUIs. Old D-Pole was helluva awful.Compyfox wrote:New Waldord Edition v2 looks fuggly as hell
I'd also like to know if the "Collection" will go Elicenser... Doesn't matter to me - just for completeness sake.

Bravo, but the thread title is a bit misleading regarding the newness of the instruments announced.

I think the sequencer will only be in the iPad version....

Nave is totally new in the Windows/Mac universe (it was iPad only). Waldorf Edition v2 is also new in the sense that it is an evolution of something that already exists, as implicit in the word "upgrade".Ned Bouhalassa wrote:Bravo, but the thread title is a bit misleading regarding the newness of the instruments announced.
