izotope products are'nt recognized.

i purchased ozone 4 and stutter edit a couple of years ago. i recently decide to use them, so i updated them both, and when i rescan my plugins, both the ozone and stutter edit won't be recognized. in the window after a rescan it says they were'nt able to load. all 3 of my other daws recognize them. they also are in the same folder as my other plugins. any thoughts?

sorry, i'm on windows 7 professional,tracktion 5 32 bit, 16 gigs ram , multi core processer.

Hmmm. Im on Win 7 x64, but Ive just installed T5 32-bit, and ozone 4 and stutter edit. Both scan and load fine.
Are you sure that its not appearing in Tracktion's menu? Each izotope plugin has two .dll files (eg iZotope Stutter Edit.dll and iZStutterEdit.dll), the first of which is the plugin and the other of which is additional stuff but which is not a plugin. Tracktion will always report the second one as having failed the scan.
Also; you say they're in the same folder as your other plugins, but both come in 64-bit and 32-bit versions, so are you sure you've installed the right (32-bit) version there?

i am running reaper,studio one pro ver. 2, mixcraft 7 pro. i assumed tracktion would scan and add 32 and 64 bit plug ins? i know i can't use 64 bit with t5 32 bit program, but it still fails them.

Nope, 32-bit tracktion handles 32-bit plugins only, and 64-bit tracktion runs 64-bit plugins only. Not sure what happens if you scan 64 bit plugs in 32-bit tracktion. But they won't work.
