I went to start up Mux Modular today and am getting a message that I have an outdated user key. I do not understand what the problem is. I paid for this and have a receipt.

Here it is.

What do I have to do to get a user key that won't expire on me?

When purchasing a MUX Modular Plug-In User Key, you instantly get an Initial User Key that you can use immediately. Note however that this Initial User Key is only valid for a limited time. Soon after your purchase, and certainly before the Initial User Key becomes invalid, you'll also receive your Personal User Key via email. Make sure you also enter your Personal User Key as that's the permanent one.

Okay, never received an email from you people. Is there any way you can send me another one? My PayPal address is no longer functional since that purchase. It has been changed. I can give you the new address and you can check with PayPal that it belongs to the same account. I can give you my phone or any other info you need to verify who I am. I never received the email and if you try to send it to my PayPal address on record with the purchase I posted above, I won't get it.

So what do I have to do to get a valid user key?

Okay, I just noticed that I didn't post my name and address on the receipt above. If I email you with my name and address that is on the receipt. can you email me back to the email I'm emailing you from with a valid user key?

Okay, I sent an email to Image with the complete receipt including my name and address. Hopefully this will be sufficient to get a permanent user key.

Everything good. Thanks for the prompt service. Key has been received and filed in case something should happen and I need it again.
