I see. In the current alpha I have a function that lets you load a project as a template, which will give you the same structure but without the audio files, which you'll have to import again. Or you can save-as, then use 'replace text in audio files' function.. You can change all samples named piano_60_30_70.wav to guitar_60_30_70.wav and so on... I think that would be somewhat similar, albeit with an additional step or two. =)Astralp wrote:For my workflow, I tend to have a collection of multi-sampled instruments, say 4 samples each mapped across the range in a single folder. In Kontakt I can build the 1st instrument manually and then on the samples page there is a '>' button to increment the sample used in the folder. This then means I can make a mouse record macro to trigger to very quickly map the next instrument. It's a great way of working which I use a lot when working on similarly mapped collections which saves a lot of time.mildonm wrote: Do you mean a way to import an entire folder with samples?
also when it comes to building the first instrument, I've come up with some time-saver functions too such as 'clone group structure' and 'clone group + data' functions. =)
