Thanks guys. PadShop Pro isn't as expensive as for some reason I thought it was, $ 79.99, don't see any sign that's a sale price. May need to investigate...

Not that I don't enjoy Mangle!

Sorry to say man, but you didn't try hard enough or didn't use it correctly… You can even create a drone out of a 0.5 sec. click! Padshop is fantastic at grains.

My last e-mail from Sound Guru is Oct 8th, 2014. Is that the last update (version 0.8b)?

of course !! but i have been with omnisphere for about 5 years, and atmosphere for a few before that. so, chances are, i will eventually upgrade.

i know i will have trouble affording the upgrade, so it makes sense not to dilute those funds on other tools in the meantime

IM SO PUMPED, cause omnisphere is my go to for a lot of needs!

but the granular synthesis seems to be still nothing compared to alchemy etc. no loop points etc. so it still isnt my choice for granular synths ;).

Granular display doesn't even show the loaded sample, do you need to search for particular piece of sound by ear. :?
